We recived award for "HR development in a family business" and "Recognition of finalist in the HR Team of the Year 2024 selection"
At the Slovenian Human Resources Congress "loveHR Summit 2024" we received the award "HR development in a family business" and "Recognition as a finalist in the HR Team of the Year 2024 selection" in the category of small and medium-sized companies.
The selection committee justified its decision as follows: "The human resources department at PoliDent comprehensively supports the operations of the company, which is a family business. They place great emphasis on recruitment, development and employee satisfaction, absenteeism management and employee turnover. In the last period, they introduced projects in the field of health promotion and upgraded personnel processes, thus improving the working conditions for all employees."
We congratulate the HR team for the outstanding achievements and development of the HR function in the family business. We would like to thank the entire personnel team, which takes care of our employees wholeheartedly, and at the same time we are proud of all our colleagues who are part of this award.
The results of the work are felt in the company, where the climate and satisfaction are constantly improving. Of course, it is nice to see that we are also praised by external expert observers.
In any case, working with people requires a lot of heart and at the same time patience, because in certain cases the results are visible only with a delay, which encourages us even more not to give up and to always introduce new and innovative approaches to employee satisfaction and company success.
